Systems Analyst I

McDuffie County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications for the position of Systems Analyst I in our IT Department.

The Systems Analyst I position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.  This position acts as the primary support contact; interacting on the customers behalf with software, hardware and communication problems.

Knowledge and skill set equivalent to the experience to the completion of a 2-year college education with emphasis in computer technology, business, or customer service.  Sufficient experience to be able to answer questions and resolve problems usually interpreted to require 1-2 years of related experience.
