Transfer Station will be closed until further notice

Due to a significant accident at the Transfer Station scale house on Monday May 12, 2025, the facility is closed until further notice. A roll-off container with an unsecured rear gate caused substantial damage to the building and scale electronics while crossing the scales. The Sheriff's Office is investigating, and the driver and their company will be held responsible. Emergency repairs are being arranged to allow for a swift reopening.
